About the Role

As a Production Engineer you will play a key role in improving our manufacturing operations by optimizing processes solving production challenges and supporting the continuous development of our production environment. You will collaborate closely with production quality R&D and supply chain teams to ensure efficient high-quality manufacturing.

This is a hands-on role where youll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both day-to-day operations and long-term improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing workflows.

• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency quality and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support the maintenance troubleshooting and calibration of manufacturing equipment.

• Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.

• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve process stability.

• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards safety requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering quality sourcing and operations to support new products and process improvements.

• Contribute to a safe efficient and collaborative production environment.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related technical discipline. Equivalent practical experience with a proven track record may also be considered.

• Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes quality and operational performance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A willingness to work hands-on in the production environment.

• Professional proficiency in English. Swedish is considered an advantage.

It is considered a strong advantage if you also have experience with:

• Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).

• Production test systems and troubleshooting of test programs.

• Maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.

• ERP systems and CAD tools.

• Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Industry 4.0 process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies.

• New Product Introduction (NPI) and production industrialization.
