About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist / Business Analyst to join a Co-worker Entrypoint team responsible for delivering a personalized digital entry point for employees across multiple countries.

In this role you will act as a product specialist from a user and business perspective supporting the rollout of new functionality translating business needs into clear requirements and working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

The assignment offers an opportunity to work in an international environment with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration product development agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a product specialist and subject-matter expert from a user perspective.

• Respond to feedback questions and requests from country teams and superusers.

• Support and coordinate the rollout of new functionality across different countries.

• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for country teams.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs.

• Translate business requirements into clear actionable requirements for development teams.

• Create and manage Jira stories tasks and other product-related documentation.

• Maintain an effective technical dialogue with developers and other technical stakeholders.

• Perform functional testing and support quality assurance activities.

• Contribute to agile processes and ways of working within the team.

• Support effective Jira management and prioritization of work.

• Identify opportunities to improve the product experience and ways of working.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Product Specialist Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into clear business requirements.

• Experience creating and managing Jira stories and tasks.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both end users/superusers and technical development teams.

• Experience with functional testing.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
