You will havea central role owning the commercial development of our products and reporting to the Director of MarketingProductand Innovation.With a strong customer focus you will engage customers conduct surveys and analyze feedback to generatevaluableinsights that guide our product strategy and meetcustomer expectationsandmarket demands.You willdo this togetherwith your teammates and additionally you will collaborate cross-functionally withITsalesand customer service team to ensure our products meet market needs and drive business growth.

Do you want to do this

• Take responsibility for the commercial development of the products

• Own the customer journey for each product

• Lead development projects in collaboration with product owners and IT

• Conduct surveys and analyses

• Be responsible forproduct positioningpricingand terms of use

• Ensure that relevant communication reaches different target groups

We believe you have

• At least5years of experiencefroma similar role

• Experience from turning analyses into insights and actions

• Experience with CX/UX

• Strong communicationskills in both spoken and written Swedish and English

• Experience from afin-techand or payments is considered meritorious
