Interested in working with global ERP processes and contributing to development on a global scale At Alleima Tube IT our M3 Competence Center plays an important role in helping business processes across production and sales units worldwide stay efficient compliant and ready for the future. We are in the middle of an exciting M3 journey and are now looking for specialists who want to contribute by improving shaping and supporting how ERP enables the business.

Your role

We are expanding our M3 Competence Center and are looking for Business Process Specialists within Production Planning and Production Execution who want to combine experience with curiosity collaboration and a drive to improve the way we work.

You will act as an important link between global business processes and the M3 solution helping ensure that the ERP system supports production planning shop-floor execution and day-to-day operational performancewhile also creating better ways of working across the full flow.

You will work closely with planning production logistics and other key stakeholders to support standardization efficiency and long-term development in our ERP landscapealways with an understanding of how changes in one area affect the end-to-end supply chain and order flow.

Main focus areas for the position:

• Support M3 implementations and improvements within Production Planning and Production helping ensure solutions are fit for purpose scalable and aligned with global business needs.
• Challenge and develop business processes with focus on standard M3 functionality - improving planning accuracy production stability compliance and usability while considering upstream/downstream impacts.
• Help define and secure requirement specifications for change requests - capturing the end-to-end process context and ensuring clarity quality and alignment with relevant IT standards.
• Act as a trusted partner to the business - translating operational needs into effective ERP solutions and facilitating constructive dialogue across functions and geographiesbuilding strong relationships and a shared end-to-end view.
• Contribute to the long-term ERP roadmap - supporting Alleimas global rollout and continuous improvement agenda.

Location for the position is in Sandviken Sweden. Currently were not able to provide global relocation packages for this position.

About You

We put great value in your personal characteristics which are defined by an eagerness to learn curiosity and a team-oriented mindset. Along with that were looking for some hard skills listed below. Please note that you dont have to tick all the boxes to be relevant for this position.

• University degree in a relevant field connected to production planning and production execution - or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• Experience in M3 or other ERP systems is important together with the ability to understand data transactions and process dependencies.
• Experience in global organizations is an advantage but not the only path into this role.
• Holistic end-to-end mindset - you see how one change impacts another and can explain how solutions work in the full planning-to-production flow.
• Hungry to learndriven by curiosity you proactively ask questions seek insights and develop your competence continuously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; you build trust across a broad stakeholder network and translate between operations and IT.
• Strong ownership and the right mindsetexperience matters but so do your willingness to take responsibility and your positive forward-leaning and solution-oriented approach.
• As we operate in a global organization English is a natural part of your everyday work.
