About the department/team

You will join the Department of Fibre and Polymer Technology (FPT) Swedens leading academic environment for research and education in polymers fibres cellulose-based materials and sustainable technologies. FPT combines fundamental science with real-world impact through strong collaborations with industry and research partners.

As part of the Fibre Processes and Technology division you will work in an ambitious interdisciplinary team developing a new class of electronically tunable cellulose-based membranes that enable adaptive digitally controlled separation processes. The research is led by Assistant Professor Tobias Benselfelt and focuses on nanofibril-based materials electrochemically controlled membranes and digitalized separation processes. About the employment

The position offered is for at the most three years.

A position as a postdoctoral fellow is a time-limited qualified appointment focusing mainly on research intended as a first career step after a dissertation.
