How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The employee will act as the primary custodian of project integrity and governance standards across the organization:

• TAB Management: Orchestrate the Transformation Advisory Board (TAB) the main PMO governance meeting. This includes the full intake lifecycle: validating business demands with Business Unit Directors high-quality preparation of strategic materials documenting decisions and ensuring rigorous follow-up with Project managers

• Gatekeeping & Methodology: Facilitate formal Gate 1 (Feasibility) and Gate 2 (Execution Readiness) reviews. Ensure all business and D&IT projects adhere to established documentation risk assessment and ROI standards.

• Portfolio Health: Maintain the Master Project Portfolio serving as the one-source-of-truth for project timelines status and resource allocation across the Nordic entities.

Proven track record in running formal PMOs and facilitating executive-level boards (TAB). The role requires flexibility between the comprehensive high level management of the roadmap ensuring a strategique execution and the operational management of project in details
