As Performance Analyst you will turn CRM paid media and digital performance data into actionable insights that improve customer value marketing efficiency and profitable growth. You will analyze performance across CRM and paid media connect outcomes across the customer lifecycle and ensure structured measurement and follow-up clarifying what drives traffic conversion repeat purchase and lifetime value.
You will deliver structured reporting and insights across CRM and paid media on a regular cadence analyze lifecycle performance from acquisition to repeat and retention and support CRM planning and optimization through segmentation and targeting insights. By connecting paid media outcomes with CRM audiences and downstream value you will help identify growth opportunities and recommend actions based on cross-channel insights and customer behavior.
You will also strengthen our measurement structures and data quality by aligning data sources dashboards and KPI definitions across teams and support our test-and-learn agenda to sharpen decision-making over time. Working cross-functionally you will serve as an analytical partner across CRM media and channel teams.
Your profile
We are seeking for you who have:
A relevant university degree in business analytics economics marketing statistics or equivalent.
3 years of experience in performance analytics CRM analytics digital analytics and marketing effectiveness.
Proven experience of working with CRM data segmentation lifecycle metrics and retention analysis.
Working knowledge of paid media measurement and performance drivers (paid social search and programmatic) and the ability to connect media outcomes with CRM journeys.
Experience of working with BI and reporting environments and data sources (dashboards analytics tools CRM platforms).
Experience of omnichannel marketing balancing short-term commercial impact with long-term brand development.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations and to make complex data understandable for stakeholders.
