People Generalist (Temporary Position)

WHAT YOULL DO 
If you are passionate about contributing to our great People organisation this role might be for you. We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented People Generalist to join our this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop across the full breadth of HR. 

You will provide comprehensive support in implementing people processes initiatives and solutions supporting theoverallpeople agenda. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and Business line HR gaining valuable insights into a business-driven people agenda. 

WHAT YOULL DO 

AsaPeopleGeneralistyourmainobjectiveisto in close collaboration withPeople BusinessPartnersensure strong and efficient HR delivery towards the Techorganisationin will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees providing guidance on HR matters and drive initiativesthatsupport high-performinginclusiveand collaborativeteams. 

This is an opportunity where you will get the chance todeliver hands-onexecution making sure our people processes run smoothly while contributing to the overall success of the Techorganisation. 

In this role your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Coach and guide the organisation and managers in all HR related topics 
• Manage theentireemployee lifecycle including managing employee relations riskassessmentand union negotiations 
• Implement HR initiativesacrossthe organisation 
• Contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the People Generalist team we work closely together and take a joint responsibility to ensure high-class deliveryto the organisation. 

WHO YOU ARE 

As PeopleGeneralistwebelieve you are anambitioussociableandunpretentiousteam player full of drive and areconfident working in a fast-paced environment andbelieve in a culture of collaboration transparency safety and trust. 

We are looking for people with 

• 3-5years experienceina broad HRrole 
• A relevant academic background in HumanResourceManagementor similar 
• Experienceof managing HR deliveriestoorganisations and managers 
• Strongunderstanding ofSwedishlabourlaw work environment regulation as well assolid experiencefrom union negotiations 
• Aholisticandpragmatic approach to problem-solving 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is atemporaryposition starting asap and initially running until 31 May 2027 with the possibility of extension based inMarievik Stockholm. In this position you report to the People Manager of the People Generalist team.
