Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design develop and integrate intelligent business solutions within a modern enterprise environment.

In this role you will work hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse and Microsoft 365/Azure integrations. You will help build AI-powered automation solutions translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure strong governance security and operational reliability.

What youll do:

• Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
• Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows
• Design and manage Dataverse data models
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint Teams Microsoft Graph REST APIs and Azure services
• Build Generative AI and RAG-oriented solutions where appropriate
• Implement governance security compliance and ALM best practices
• Support solution architecture documentation releases and production operations

What were looking for

• 37 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• 12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable Conversational AI/Agent solutions
• Strong expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse and Power Fx
• Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Microsoft Graph and API integrations
• Understanding of Azure AI Services Generative AI and modern automation architectures
• Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of governance security compliance and ALM
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Fluent English communication skills
