Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Nordic Immunology team as the scientific partner for dermatology in Sweden. This is a field-based high-autonomy role for an experienced Medical Affairs professional who builds credibility through insight not hierarchy.

About the role

Youll translate science into strategy shape the local medical ecosystem and strengthen how dermatology evolves for patients through trusted long-term relationships with key external experts. Youll also support evidence generation and research (feasibility investigator-initiated research grants/donations as applicable) and shape high-value medical engagements including advisory boards and scientific meetings. Leading through influence you will drive projects - aligning cross-functional stakeholders and creating clarity in a collaborative low-hierarchy environment. Your work will centre on meaningful scientific dialogue not transactional interactions. Understanding unmet medical needs and real-world challenges and translating insights into strategy development and patient care.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships across the Swedish dermatology ecosystem and support pre-launch and launch activities.
  • Translate complex data (clinical RWE HEOR) into relevant insights that resonate in practice
  • Support real world evidence generation clinical research and investigator-initiated studies ; execute local medical plans facilitate advisory boards and educational meetings.
  • Apply sound judgment to connect science with stakeholder needs for measurable outcomes.
  • Identify emerging needs and trends in the ecosystem and act on them proactively
  • Participate in congresses and scientific engagement

Who you will work with

Youll partner with an integrated Nordic cross-functional team and collaborate externally with HCPs scientific experts patient organisations and other relevant stakeholders. You report to the Medical Lead Dermatology Nordics.

What were looking for

  • Advanced life sciences degree (MSc required; PhD preferred) and strong scientific credibility
  • Proven Medical Affairs/MSL experience with clear evidence of impact and independent ownership
  • Experience with biologics in immunology; dermatology experience highly relevant
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics; comfortable leading in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; builds genuine trust-based scientific dialogue
  • Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken)
