Marketing Manager NEMEA

Oticon Medical BAHS specializes in developing producing and distributing advanced bone-anchored hearing systems including long-term implants sound processors software and surgical tools. We are a global leader in hearing solutions and we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for the NEMEA Region with a focus on the Scandinavian countries and/or the region of consisting of Germany and The Netherlands.

The Marketing Managers primary responsibility is to introduce the new hearing implant technology to the marketplace including hearing care professionals and surgeons. The Market Manager also markets the existing product portfolio by analyzing trends and in current and future product needs. This role is responsible for all aspects of the regional product launch process and product life cycle as well as assigned product training marketing day-to-day support and planning needs. Therefore the role requires flexibility and strict attention to detail strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilites

  • Lead product launches and market introductions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Monitor sales supply and quality performance providing portfolio insights to management.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to strengthen Oticon Medicals market position.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage Oticon Medicals participation in conferences trade shows and other events.
  • Collaborate with HQ and international teams on marketing materials tools and campaigns.
  • Develops customer communications including mailings information materials and promotional content.
  • Supports sales efforts by translating product features into customer benefits and value propositions.
  • Engage with customers sales teams focus groups and patient representatives to identify market needs.
  • Plan and executes customer and patient events including content communication and logistics.
  • Produce customer testimonials for Oticon Medical products and solutions.
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelors degree preferably in science marketing or business.
  • 5 years of experience in medical devices or hearing healthcare marketing/sales
  • Technical knowledge of hearing and/or medical devices
  • Experience in business and portfolio planning commercialization and execution in both B2B and branded markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Based in Sweden Gothenburg or Germany Hamburg

Meritorius

  • Masters/ Au.D. in Audiology or MBA
  • Experience in product/project management
  • Experience developing marketing and training materials
  • Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are considered a plus
