This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for business performance strategic direction and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO ofdentsuSweden you will lead a future ready data driven organization while acting as a senior partner to key clients and delivering measurable business impact.

Whatyoulldo

• Own the overall business strategy growth and P&L

• Lead key client relationships and drive strategic account development

• Build pipeline and drive new business alongside expanding existing partnerships

• Lead transformation of capabilities services and ways of working

• Lead and inspire a high performing organization

• Collaborate across media creative and CXM to deliver integratedand scalableclient solutions

• Position the organization as a leader in CXM digital transformation and data-driven marketingand act as a strong brand ambassador fordentsuand Merkle
  

Who you are

You are a senior commercial leader with strong P&L experience and a deep understanding of Customer Experience Management (CXM). You thrive in complex client-driven environments areconfidentengaging at C-level and bring clarity energy and direction to both people and business. You bring international experience and are comfortable operating in a matrix organization with excellent communication skills and full professionalproficiencyin both English and Swedish.
