Job Summary
Youll have:
A degree in HSE or a related discipline or equivalent qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma.
Able to communicate effectively in Swedish and English to customers
Several years relevant HSE experience within major projects EPC construction or heavy industry.
Previous experience as a Project HSE Manager HSE Lead or Senior HSE Advisor.
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
A proven ability to influence stakeholders and implement HSE standards at a senior level.
Experience working on major projects within Europe is advantageous

HSE Manager
Role Context:
As HSE Manager you will provide strategic and operational Health Safety and Environmental leadership across major projects and construction activities. You will support project leadership teams in implementing Worleys HSE framework client requirements and regulatory obligations while driving a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
Youll be:
Leading development and implementation of project HSE plans procedures and assurance programs.
Acting as the primary HSE advisor to project and construction management teams.
Driving HSE planning throughout project execution and start-up activities.
Leading risk assessments and ensuring effective management of critical project risks.
Monitoring compliance with legislation client requirements and Worley standards.
Promoting visible HSE leadership and a culture aligned with Zero Harm principles.
Leading investigations lessons learned activities and HSE performance reporting.
Supporting contractor management and developing HSE capability across project teams.
