KPMG is looking for an experienced management consultant to join our growing Finance Transformation team in this role you will help some of Swedens largest organizations modernize their finance functions improve performance and enable data-driven decision-making through process operating model and technology transformation.

As part of KPMGs Management Consulting practice you will work alongside talented colleagues in an ambitious and collaborative environment supporting CFO organizations through complex transformation journeys.

Your Role
As a Manager within Finance Transformation you will lead workstreams and project teams in large-scale transformation initiatives. Working closely with senior client stakeholders you will help design and implement future-ready finance organizations processes and ways of working.

You will contribute both to client delivery and business development helping to further strengthen KPMGs position as a trusted advisor in the Finance Transformation space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
• Support CFOs and finance leaders in improving finance performance and operating models.
• Design and optimize finance processes governance structures and target operating models.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive project planning stakeholder management and delivery quality.
• Support business development activities and identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Coach and develop junior consultants.
• Stay up to date on industry trends emerging technologies and leading practices within Finance Transformation.
