Capgemini Invent is seeking inventive and driven young professionals to join our dynamic team in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Partnering with leading organisations to solve complex business challenges and create sustainable value.
• Contributing to high-impact projects across industries functions and markets delivering tangible results for our clients.
• Developing strategies designing future-ready business models and driving transformations that enable measurable impact and long-term growth.
• Helping organisations navigate digital transformation and unlock the full potential of data AI and emerging technologies.

• Educational background: You hold a masters degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business Engineering Data Computer Science or Technology. Ideally you combine this with real-life experience.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated with 0-3 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: Youre curious analytical and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow- both independently and as part of a team.
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences as well as involvement in extracurricular activities are meriting. Experience or interest in AI automation or data-driven innovation is considered a valuable asset.
• Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Start date and location: As a recent graduate youll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2027 with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites. If you have already graduated there may be an opportunity to start earlier during Spring 2027.
