We are looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to manage daily transport operations handle deviations coordinate urgent shipments and ensure smooth and timely deliveries in a dynamic supply chain environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Monitor daily transport flows and manage deviations.

Receive coordinate and execute urgent transport requests.

Book and coordinate transportation for deliveries.

Follow up with carriers to ensure timely and reliable shipments.

Establish and maintain contingency plans for transport disruptions.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve transport-related issues.

Ensure efficient transport operations and minimise delivery delays.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

25 years of relevant experience in transport coordination logistics or supply chain operations.

Practical knowledge of transport bookings and delivery coordination.

Experience handling transport deviations and urgent shipments.

Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with general supervision.

A structured proactive and solution-oriented approach.
