As Legal Counsel at 0TO9 youll be a key member of our legal team supporting a fast-growing and innovative fintech this role you will work broadly as a legal generalist but with a strong focus on financial regulation AML and legal operations. Your work will have a real impact - making sure we grow responsibly and stay ahead of regulatory requirements.

You will:

• Carrying out AML/CFT risk assessments and assisting in structuring and implementing effective routines.

• Supporting and driving license applications in Sweden and across Europe.

• Assisting in contract negotiations and drafting agreements.

• Providing support on corporate governance matters.

• Advise the business on a wide range of legal topics

• Collaborate closely with different teams to provide clear practical legal guidance.

You are a curious and pragmatic legal professional who enjoys working broadly across different areas of law while keeping a special focus on financial regulation. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can combine your legal expertise with business understanding and youre comfortable taking ownership and collaborating with colleagues from different teams.

• A law degree and solid legal background with experience in financial regulation and AML ideally at a startup/scaleup FinTech.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics in a clear and practical way.
