About the Role

We are looking for a Junior/Medior Java Developer to join a dynamic team working within the automotive technology industry.

The role combines Java development AWS and DevOps with a strong focus on taking ownership of services and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external technology partners.

The team values an open and sharing culture where collaboration curiosity and continuous learning are encouraged. You will work in an international environment with opportunities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different organizations and markets.

The role is based in Gothenburg with the team having common office days two days per week. The assignment may also involve occasional travel to Germany for joint planning events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications and services using Java

• Work with AWS and cloud-based technologies

• Contribute to DevOps processes and practices

• Take ownership of assigned services and technical deliverables

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology partners

• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to effective problem-solving

• Participate in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and learning

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Java

• Proven experience working with AWS

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• A proactive curious and ownership-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python

• Previous experience within the automotive technology industry
