Junior Project Manager

At Turner & Townsend were passionate about making a this role of Junior Project Manager youll support the delivery of exciting real estate projects and build a strong foundation for your career in project management.  

As Junior Project Manager youll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects which may include commercial offices and workplace fit-outs retail and mixed-use developments hospitality education buildings and/or industrial and logistics developments. Projects can range from small refurbishments to large-scale complex developments often delivered in fast-paced and high-profile environments. 

Youll work closely with experienced colleagues and clients gaining hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role offers variety responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly in a collaborative environment. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Support the Project Manager in defining project success criteria including time cost technical and performance parameters. 
• Support the planning and coordination of quality health safety and environmental activities.  
• Help establish effective project governance processes and systems throughout the lifecycle.  
• Monitor and document project progress and key performance indicators.  
• Track and manage project risks issues and changes.  
• Conduct background research data analysis and benchmarking.  
• Prepare clear project reports and communication materials.  
• Support coordination across project teams consultants and stakeholders.  
• Attend project meetings and prepare agendas minutes and action trackers. 

Qualifications :

• Degree or equivalent in construction management engineering architecture real estate or a related discipline. 
• Some experience or internship exposure within project management construction or real estate is preferred. 
• Understanding of the project lifecycle and key project management principles. 
• Awareness of project management tools and techniques. 
• Strong organisational and communication skills. 
• Proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn. 
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships. 
• Fluent in English and Swedish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
