About the Role
As an IT Operations Engineer you will be part of the team responsible for keeping Nordiskas IT environment secure reliable and efficient. The role combines hands-on IT operations and user support with technical ownership and continuous improvement. You will work across identity endpoints access security and operational processes and play an active role in maintaining stable operations and responding when incidents occur.
In the role you will:
Operate and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 Entra ID and endpoint environment.
Manage identities and access throughout the user lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and privileged access.
Manage and improve Windows and macOS endpoints using modern device management and security tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints identity SaaS applications and workplace technology.
Automate recurring operational tasks and workflows and continuously improve documentation runbooks and ways of working.
Contribute to vulnerability remediation patching security baselines and other operational security activities.
Participate in the teams on-call rotation and incident management including troubleshooting service restoration documentation and follow-up.
Your Professional Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with improving how things are done. You are comfortable taking ownership of technical problems from investigation through resolution and documenting the outcome so that the team can learn and improve.
You are structured and service-minded with a strong interest in modern IT operations security and automation. You enjoy working collaboratively but are comfortable taking responsibility and driving work independently when needed.
We believe that you have:
3 years of experience working with IT operations workplace engineering systems administration or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including users groups authentication and access management.
Experience with Microsoft Intune or another modern endpoint management platform preferably across Windows and macOS.
Experience with scripting automation or workflow automation.
Good understanding of identity and access management MFA least privilege and endpoint security.
Experience working with structured IT service management ticketing and operational processes.
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English spoken and written.
It is also considered an advantage if you have experience working in banking financial services or another regulated industry or have practical experience with the operationalisation of ISO/IEC 27001 DORA or similar regulatory and information security requirements.
