Internship at Rituals – Nordic Wholesale Coordinator Intern

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international and commercially driven environment We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Nordic Wholesale team and support a variety of operational administrative and commercial activities.

As a Nordic Wholesale Coordinator Intern you will gain practical insight into how a wholesale function operates while supporting areas such as reporting trade marketing commercial coordination and day-to-day business support.

What you will do

• Support operational and administrative tasks such as maintaining price lists assortment overviews and reports
• Assist with the implementation of pricing assortments and campaigns
• Support Trade Marketing activities and maintain the local activity calendar
• Prepare reports track KPIs and support basic analysis
• Help coordinate communication and follow-up with internal teams and external partners

• Curious proactive and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both Swedish and English
• Currently studying Business Marketing Economics Retail or a related fiel

Practical information

• Internship: Nordic Wholesale Coordinator Intern at Rituals
• Location: Stockholm Office Biblioteksgatan 29 Stockholm (employees are expected to be in the office 4 days per week in line with current policy).
• Period: The internship will begin in autumn with the exact dates to be agreed upon with the school and the intern. 
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship
• Educational set-up: This internship is intended to be carried out in collaboration with the candidates education and should be part of an ongoing study programme or formal internship arrangement
