International Group Desk is Scandics Inhouse Sales department where we handle all leisure and crew reservations for our hotels in Sweden Denmark Norway and Finland. With high energy strong teamwork and a true lets do this spirit we work to offer a world-class worry-free customer journey and deliver the best possible service to our guests.
We now need to strengthen our team with wonderful new colleagues and are looking for committed International Group Desk Sales Agents who are passionate about business and service!
We are now searching for someone who wants to sell and coordinate leisure bookings for selected hotels on several markets. Leisure is an important and large segment for Scandic and includes everything from small groups of 10 people to large series.
You will be the guests primary point of contact from the moment of inquiry and will also be responsible for detail planning of the entire booking and follow-up of the stay together with the customer. You your team and your leader work closely with all our hotels in Sweden Denmark Norway and Finland.
