Job Summary

As an IAM Lead Architect you will play a key role in developing and driving our Identity and Access Management offering. You will become part of a dedicated team of specialists and consultants covering both technical and GRC-focused areas where you will lead and develop our capabilities and function within the field. The role primarily involves leading expertise processes and strategic initiatives rather than having direct personnel management responsibility.

We welcome your ambition to help drive our IAM practice forward both internally and in collaboration with our this role you will combine strategic leadership business understanding and deep IAM expertise to create long-term value for our clients.

As an IAM Lead Architect you will be responsible for further developing our capabilities in the field and supporting our clients on their strategic journey within Identity Governance Access Management and Privileged Access Management.

Examples of responsibilities
  • Drive and further develop our strategic IAM offering.

  • Act as an advisor to clients on IAM strategy architecture and technology selection.

  • Support clients in establishing governance processes and ways of working within Identity and Access Management.

  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of our client offering within IAM.

  • Act as a senior advisor in client dialogues workshops and strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with technical consultants and specialists to ensure that strategies can be translated into practice.

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing professional development and the continued growth of the team.

  • Represent the IAM area both internally and externally by presenting solutions and strategic choices to clients and other stakeholders.

Who are you

You have several years of experience working within IAM and are comfortable operating both strategically and close to the business. You have a strong understanding of how IAM connects security business requirements governance and technology.

We believe you thrive in a role where you can combine advisory work leadership and business development. You are experienced in building trust leading discussions with decision-makers and helping organizations advance their IAM maturity journey.

We would particularly like to see experience in:

  • Strategic work within Identity and Access Management

  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

  • Access Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  • Defining target operating models roadmaps and governance processes within IAM

  • Advising customers or internal stakeholders at a senior level

  • Business development service offering development or leadership roles within cybersecurity

Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity are considered an advantage.
