You will lead our People & Organizational Development agenda ensuring we have the right capabilities leadership and culture in place to deliver on our strategy.
Drive people and organizational development initiatives that enable performance engagement and long-term growth
Shape leadership and talent practicesfrom leadership development to career frameworks and capability building
Lead transformation and change initiatives supporting the organization to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strengthen our culture and ways of working ensuring alignment with our values and strategic directionensuring strong execution and adoption
Develop and lead a team ofexperts creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
Partner closely with senior leaders translating business needs into impactful people solutions
Participate in cross-functional projects ensuring structure progress and follow-through
What will help you thrive in this role
Solid experience in People & Organizational DevelopmentandLeadership Development
Hands-on experience supporting organizational changeandtransformation initiatives
Strong execution skills and ability to turn plans into tangible outcomes
Good understanding of leadership culture and organizational practices
Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization
People leadership experience including leading experts
University degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or equivalent
Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
