We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey and are now looking for a strategic and consumer-focused Head of E-commerce Operations to help shape and elevate our global e-commerce operations.

This is a unique opportunity to own and optimize the operational engine behind Dometics direct-to-consumer business ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery and customer support in markets across North America Europe Australia South Africa and beyond.

About the position

As Head of E-commerce Operations in our global E-commerce team you will act as the global architect of Dometics e-commerce operations. Your mission will be to drive operational excellence across the entire customer journey ensuring world-class fulfillment customer service and partner performance while continuously improving efficiency scalability and customer satisfaction.

The role is highly collaborative and global in nature requiring close interaction with regional e-commerce teams customer service organizations logistics providers distribution partners payment providers and technology vendors. You will influence and drive improvements across functions and geographies without direct managerial responsibility.

Your main responsibilities

• Define and drive Dometics global e-commerce operations strategy standards and roadmap across fulfillment and customer support.
• Partner with regional teams to optimize operational performance customer satisfaction and consistency across markets.
• Manage and continuously improve relationships with logistics providers distribution partners payment providers and other strategic operational partners.
• Lead initiatives focused on process optimization automation governance cost efficiency and best-in-class consumer experiences.
