We are now looking for a commercially driven and business-oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale our Access Management offering a central pillar of our IAM portfolio and a key driver of our future growth.
In this role you will report to the CSO and take full ownership of the commercial success of the business area. You will shape the strategy accelerate growth and lead an international sales organisation. This is a role for someone who enjoys setting direction as much as rolling up their sleeves to make things happen someone who wants to build not just manage.
Based in Stockholm you will collaborate closely with product delivery and partners across Europe.
About the role
As Head of Sales for Access Management you will lead the commercial agenda end-to-end. You will refine and execute the go-to-market strategy drive pipeline and revenue growth and ensure we scale in a structured and sustainable way.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing sales team of around 10 people across Sweden and Germany. A key focus will be to strengthen ways of working create clarity in the sales process and enable consistent top-level performance.
What youll do
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive growth and business development within Access Management
Own pipeline forecasting and revenue delivery
Lead coach and develop the sales organisation
Engage in key enterprise deals and strategic customer dialogues
Strengthen structure governance and sales processes
Collaborate closely with product delivery and marketing
Contribute to a more data-driven scalable commercial setup
What were looking for
You bring a strong foundation in B2B sales within IT SaaS or cybersecurity combined with proven leadership experience in complex growth-focused environments. You are comfortable navigating long sales cycles engaging with senior stakeholders and positioning technical solutions in a clear business context.
We believe you have:
Experience in complex solution sales (IT SaaS or cybersecurity)
A track record of leading sales teams and driving growth
Strong enterprise sales experience and C-level engagement
The ability to build robust pipelines and deliver results
An understanding of IAM / Access Management or related areas
The ability to translate technical offerings into business value
Fluency in Swedish and professional English
