Group Design Leader

We are looking for an experienced Group Design Leader to join our team and take a leading role in automotive product development within Interior Exterior or Body-in-White.

About the role:

• Drive design from concept development to industrialization

• Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering manufacturing purchasing quality and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements technical standards and project targets

• Support design reviews risk assessments and issue resolution activities

• Mentor and support design engineers within the project team

Your Profile

• . or . degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Several years of experience in automotive product development

• Previous experience as Group Design Leader Design Leader Technical Leader or similar role

• Strong understanding of automotive development processes

• Experience working with CATIA V5 and Teamcenter is highly valued

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English
