- Analyze people data to identify trends risks and opportunities across hiring engagement performance and turnover.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Develop maintain and enhance dashboards reports and data models for global HR reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across HR systems and data sources.
- Define and evolve key people metrics benchmarks and reporting standards.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
- Present insights in a clear and compelling way to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage tools and analytics capabilities to improve accessibility and quality of people insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
- Support audit processes by providing accurate well-documented data and analysis.
- University degree in Human Resources Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience ideally in a global and dynamic organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data insights.
- Advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HR systems and databases; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Experience building and managing datasets from internal and external sources is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
