What Youll Do At Elekta
As a Global People Analyst you will play a key role in enabling a data-driven People function by transforming complex people data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across Organizational Development HR Partnering and HR Operations to support strategic decision-making and global initiatives.
This role is part of a collaborative global environment where you will help shape how data is used to improve employee experience organizational performance and business outcomes.
This is a fixed-term position covering a period of parental leave.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze people data to identify trends risks and opportunities across hiring engagement performance and turnover.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Develop maintain and enhance dashboards reports and data models for global HR reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across HR systems and data sources.
  • Define and evolve key people metrics benchmarks and reporting standards.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
  • Present insights in a clear and compelling way to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage tools and analytics capabilities to improve accessibility and quality of people insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Support audit processes by providing accurate well-documented data and analysis.

What Youll Bring
  • University degree in Human Resources Business Administration Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience ideally in a global and dynamic organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data insights.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • Experience building and managing datasets from internal and external sources is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
