We are looking for aGlobalManagerfor our team inLudvika this role you will lead a global team andbe responsible forhow we handle service& warrantyissues across our installed base. You will ensurethatwedeliver oncommitments resolve issues efficiently and build a structure that can support a growing global business. Personal qualities will bean important factorin the recruitment process.

How youll make an impact

• Lead an experienced global engineering team with full personnel responsibility
• Take ownership of control & protection warranty issues
• Secure base order bids and deliveries up to several MUSD
• Identifysales opportunities and conduct site visits
• Ensure efficient transfer of knowledge in a rapidly growing team

Your background

• Extensive experience from technical roles within service operationsconstructionand/orcommissioning
• Proven leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience of working closely with customers in complex technical deliveries
• The ability to manage multiple topics and prioritize in a global environment
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of commercial and legal conditions in delivery projects

More About Us

This role is based in Ludvika Sweden and requires frequent presence at the office due to the nature of the role.
