• Ensure that digital automation and AI initiatives are embedded into daily engineering work.

• Own global capacity planning resource allocation and delivery capability for tenders and projects.

• Act asan escalationpoint for critical delivery or capability issues.

Your background

• Degree in Electrical/Power/ Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Knowledge of relevant local health & safety and environmental regulations.

• Proven experience leading large global engineering organizations with multiple management layers.

• Strong understanding of electrical plant design and complex infrastructure or energy projects.

• Demonstrated experience in driving transformationdigitalization or automation.

• Strong interest and practical mindset around AI automation and modern engineering tools.

• Clear confident leadership style with the ability tooperateat both strategic and operationallevel.
