Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead to join a highly collaborative engineering team and drive the development of scalable AI-enabled applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute across the full development lifecycle from architecture and backend systems to frontend experiences and AI integrations.

You will work closely with product engineering and leadership teams to build robust applications using modern technologies while helping shape technical strategy and engineering best practices.

This is a permanent hybrid role requiring three days onsite each week.

• Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with relevant practicing certifications
• Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python SQL and React
• Design secure and high-performance backend systems and APIs
• Build and optimize AI-powered solutions including LLMs chatbots and RAG systems
• Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern development practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and technical initiatives
• Contribute to architecture decisions code reviews and engineering best practices
• Mentor team members and support a strong engineering culture

• 5 years of full stack engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python SQL and backend development
• Experience with AWS and scalable cloud-based applications
• React experience is a strong plus
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs AI agents chatbots or RAG frameworks
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain LangGraph LangSmith or MCP is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
