Within Commercial Digital we are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to help build the scalable backend and frontend powering the customer experiences.
In this dynamic role you will be a key driver of customer-centric data-informed digital initiatives that strengthen our commercial performance and help us attract convert and keep customers wherever they are.
As a Full Stack Developer you play a crucial role in designing and building the services that keeps the digital engine running powering customer experiences across the globe.
You will work closely with your product team and business stakeholders across all markets identifying both business opportunities as well as technical improvements developing scalable services solving complex problemsensuring sound engineering practices and stable operations while moving fast in an agile environment.
What youll do
- Actively take part of the entire development process from design to final implementation to deployment of business-critical software
- Work with product and UX to ensure that product vision and strategy is aligned with architecture and engineering strategy
- Be an expert in your teams domain and help stakeholders and adjacent teams understand your services
- Encourage sound engineering practices while driving the teams technical strategy and roadmaps
- Demonstrate and champion an appetite for knowledge and never stop developing as an engineer
- Actively share your knowledge and coach team members to grow and develop
What youll bring
You are experienced in back-end software engineering. To succeed in this role you need to have a minimum of 3 years of work experience developing web applications in frontend and backend.

For frontend development we use React with TypeScript and JavaScript.
For backend development we work primarily with Java Kotlin C#/.NET and GraphQL.
If you have experience with these technologies we encourage you to applywe value full-stack engineers with diverse technical backgrounds.
You will thrive in an environment that promotes autonomy initiative and end-to-end ownership. Youre comfortable working in an ever-changing ambiguous environment and can navigate uncertainty while keeping focus on outcomes. When you identify opportunities for improvement you can evaluate trade-offs and proactively drive changes.
Strong communication skills are essential including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience deploying containerized workloads in a cloud environment is beneficial along with solid knowledge of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD observability architecture and reliable scalable system design).
