Forward Deployed Engineer

Dagg is eight engineers and strategists in Stockholm. We help large companies figure out where AI actually makes a difference and where it doesnt. Then we build the solution ourselves and make sure it lives on with the client after weve left. When a case has real potential we would rather become co-owners than bill by the hour. Thats why several of our projects are on their way to becoming products of their own and if everything goes right some might even become companies. Our founders are experienced engineers and entrepreneurs from a variety of domains but they have all been part of building companies within the AI space.

• Take on a business problem with no ready-made spec together with the clients domain experts

• Build whatever it takes whether thats agents backends or integrations with systems older than youd like

• Take the solution all the way to production and hand over something the client can own themselves

• Spot which cases could become something bigger and help build them further

• Work directly with our CTO Simon and our founder Christian

Our stack is whatever the customer needs but some of the more common ones are Python FastAPI TypeScript and Postgres and on occasion even some C/C. With that said we hire for how you think not for which stack you come from.

• Have at least five years behind you and have built things that are still running

• Would rather make a call and ship than wait for someone else to decide

• Enjoy jumping between problems and domains instead of staying in one narrow lane

• Have start-up or founder experience or the same mindset

• Use AI tools at real depth because thats how we work

• Speak English and preferably Swedish on a working level

Experience with LLM agents in production enterprise integration or regulated industries is a plus.

• Final talk with the founder over lunch/dinner
