Finance Partner Nordics (m|f|d)

Reporting to the Finance Manager Nordics you will have versatile responsibilities within the finance team including administration and internal reporting. As such you will have a supporting role to the Finance Manager as well as working closely with the two other members of the Finance team.   

Your role: 

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Nordic entities including general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing activities.  
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting ensuring accurate and timely financial information.  
• Prepare and coordinate VAT tax and other statutory reporting in cooperation with external advisors and local partners.  
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning for the Nordic business. Prepare internal management reports and financial analyses providing insights into performance deviations and key business drivers.  
• Contribute to the development and improvement of finance processes routines and internal controls with a focus on efficiency and quality.  
• Work closely with the Finance Manager Nordic taking ownership and ensuring continuity across key finance matters

Qualifications :

• Degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration and 5 years of relevant experience within accounting and finance preferably in an international environment. 
• Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with month-end closing and financial reporting. Experience with budgeting forecasting and management reporting. Good understanding of VAT tax and statutory reporting. 
• Comfortable working both hands-on with day-to-day finance and with broader financial and business-related matters. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial information into relevant business insights. You are proactive structured and self-driven with the ability to take ownership and work independently. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with confidence in working with stakeholders across different functions and levels. 

Additional Information :

Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
