Job Summary
Join us as the Engagement/Client Partner for AI Data portfolios serving Nordic this client-facing role you will support the Senior Client Partner in orchestrating AI and data-led engagements manage day-to-day delivery and convert client confidence into sustained revenue growth and healthy margins. You will ensure AI and data-driven solutions deliver measurable outcomes for automotive and industrial manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main operational liaison for client stakeholders and represent the Senior Client Partner in meetings and governance forums
- Translate client priorities into actionable delivery objectives track outcomes and maintain transparent communication
- Guide delivery teams on scope management milestone tracking and risk mitigation across AI engagements
- Coach teams on stakeholder expectations storytelling and presentation readiness for client workshops and steering committees
- Partner with delivery leads to ensure quality compliance and continuous improvement across AI projects
- Support revenue growth by monitoring forecasts staffing budgets and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Administer portfolio operations including opportunity tracking and performance metrics
- Champion adoption of AI best practices toolkits and accelerators within client engagements
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal readiness forums showcasing AI impact in automotive and industrial manufacturing
- Mentor cross-functional teams to develop consultative capabilities a growth mindset and client-first culture
Requirements
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- Proven expertise in delivery governance risk management and operational coordination
- Financial acumen with experience in forecasting margin analysis and revenue tracking
- Ability to develop AI-driven solutions and articulate their value to clients
- Experience supporting portfolio management in mature markets ideally in the Nordics
- Working knowledge of AI/ML agentic AI concepts and data analytics platforms; hands-on experience is a plus
- Exposure to automotive and/or industrial manufacturing industries; ability to contextualize AI solutions to sector-specific challenges
- Familiarity with Nordic business culture; local language proficiency (Swedish or Norwegian) is advantageous
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to mentor and develop cross-functional teams
- Growth mindset with ambition to scale into broader portfolio leadership
