You will work with maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvements to ensure safe reliable and efficient operations.
A bit about the role
As an Electrician at Stegra youll be part of the Electrical Maintenance team and support the daily operation of production and industrial equipment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance troubleshooting inspections and improvement work across electrical systems and machinery.
Youll collaborate closely with operators technicians engineers and other maintenance colleagues to maintain high standards of safety reliability and operational performance in a modern industrial environment.
What youll do
- Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical systems equipment and industrial machinery.
- Support daily operations by troubleshooting electrical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable production.
- Collaborate with operators technicians and other departments to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Participate in inspections fault finding and continuous improvement activities.
- Install inspect and replace electrical components when needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe clean and organized working environment.
- Follow established maintenance routines safety procedures and company standards.
What youll bring
- Experience working as an electrician in industrial manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
- Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance troubleshooting and repair work.
- Experience working with industrial automation motors drives or control systems is considered an advantage.
- Relevant vocational education within electrical systems industrial electricity or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Good understanding of workplace safety standards and safe electrical maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work shifts when required.
- Good knowledge of English; Swedish is a plus.
