In this role you will be responsible for building and scaling a global Rider Safety business driving commercial growth shaping the product portfolio developing strategic partnerships and turning innovative safety solutions into a successful global business. You will lead the journey from early market traction to a validated and scalable business with global impact.

• Lead and grow Autolivs global Rider Safety business

• Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy

• Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs safety technology companies apparel brands distributors retailers and other key ecosystem partners

• Build a strong international customer pipeline and accelerate commercial growth

• Shape the future Rider Safety portfolio from rider-worn protection to motorcycle-mounted safety systems and connected safety solutions

• Lead a global cross-functional team and create a high-performance entrepreneurial culture

• Drive business validation profitability and readiness for global scale

• Has a proven track record of building growing or scaling businesses products or new markets
