We need an experienced Digital Workplace Technical Responsible who strives for a great End User Experience! If you have a lot of experience of Microsoft 365 modern Microsoft Client technologies and similar Digital Workplace services this is the job for you!
Role and responsibilities
As a Digital Workplace (DWP) Technical Responsible you play a key role in shaping and developing our Digital Workplace services in close collaboration with the DWP Manager and Architect.
You will drive initiatives across the Digital Workplace portfolio contributing to strategy roadmaps and continuous service this role you operate in a global context working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery and an excellent end-user experience.
You will also contribute to initiatives such as application lifecycle management security improvements and service optimization across the Digital Workplace domain.
Your technical scope includes:
- Microsoft-based Digital Workplace environments with a strong focus on cloud technologies
- Modern client management and deployment (Intune Autopilot Active Directory/Entra ID Azure)
- Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange/Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive Copilot Power Apps/Automate Power-BI
- Virtual client solutions (Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Smart Office solutions including Microsoft Teams Rooms and related services
- Output (Print service for both Office and Production)
Qualifications
Required competencies and experience
- Ideally about 5 years experience in a role as Technical Responsible or similar
- Extensive experience within Microsoft-based Digital Workplace environments (Cloud and OnPrem)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 including Intune Modern Deployment (Autopilot) and PowerShell
- Knowledge in Smart Office solutions including Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- Experience working with ITIL frameworks and outsourced IT service environments
- Experience of driving activities and contributing in projects
- University degree (Bachelors/Masters) or equivalent in a relevant field or experience equivalent to similar degrees.
Meritorious
- Knowledge within network security and zero trust architecture
- Experience from tools such as ServiceNow and Nexthink is considered an advantage

You work independently when needed but also collaborate effectively with others and external partners to achieve results. With your service-oriented mindset and strong business understanding you communicate clearly and confidently in English both spoken and written.

Additional information
This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLavals headquarters in Tumba south of Stockholm. We offer a hybrid workplace model combining on-site work with flexibility to work remotely.
