Digital Project Manager – HR Tech | Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager for an exciting consulting assignment within a leading industrial organization undergoing significant digital transformation.

In this role you will lead and deliver strategic digital initiatives within the People & Organization (P&O/HR) function. You will work at the intersection of technology business processes and organizational development ensuring that digital solutions create measurable business value.

You will join a cross-functional team consisting of tech leads developers data engineers business and solution architects and key HR stakeholders. Collaboration across departments will be essential to successfully delivering projects aligned with the organizations digital strategy.

• Lead and manage digital and HR technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery.

• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across HR IT Digital Workplace and Operations.

• Define project scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables.

• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

• Ensure structured project governance progress reporting and communication with steering committees.

• Drive change management initiatives and ensure alignment across business functions.

• Facilitate effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Ensure digital solutions support business needs strategic priorities and organizational objectives.

We are looking for a structured communicative and results-oriented project manager with experience delivering digital transformation initiatives in complex organizational environments.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager preferably within HR technology or People & Organization.

• Strong experience collaborating closely with digital and technical delivery teams.

• Good understanding of HR processes and their connection to digital systems and solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects through structured governance including reporting to and engaging with steering committees.

• Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven experience in change management and driving cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Previous experience within the process industry or other complex industrial environments.

You are a proactive and collaborative project manager who combines strong delivery capabilities with a solid understanding of both business and technology.

You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with technical specialists business representatives and senior leadership.

With a structured approach and strong interpersonal skills you create alignment manage expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
