ABOUT THE TEAM
Youll join the Marketing Insights & Steering area within the Marketing Domain where we enable data-driven decision-making across H&Ms global marketing organisation. Our team plays a central role in understanding the impact of marketing ensuring that investments across channels markets and customer touchpoints are measurable optimised and aligned with business goals.

We build and evolve the insights measurement and reporting capabilities that help H&M understand how marketing drives customer behaviour and business results. By connecting data technology and business needs we enable smarter decisions and greater impact across the organisation.

Working closely with teams across Marketing Marketing Tech and AI- Data & Analytics we help make trusted data more accessible and actionable across the business.

WHAT YOULL DO
As a Data & BI Specialist youll play a key role in transforming marketing data into actionable insights that shape decisions across H&Ms global marketing organisation. Working at the intersection of business analytics and technology youll help stakeholders understand performance identify opportunities and make more informed decisions.

You will:

  • Own and manage marketing reporting tools ensuring they remain reliable effective and aligned with business needs.
  • Build develop and improve data models dashboards reports and analytical solutions that support decision-making across Marketing.
  • Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions intuitive visualisations and clear data requirements.
  • Optimise existing data models and reports to improve performance usability and business value.
  • Identify opportunities to automate streamline and simplify reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges identify opportunities and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers analysts and product teams to improve data quality accessibility and governance.
  • Support the development of self-service capabilities that enable teams to access insights and make informed decisions more independently.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of H&Ms marketing data reporting and analytics capabilities.

WHO YOU ARE
You are curious analytical and motivated by solving business problems through data. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology and know how to translate complex information into clear insights that drive action.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with stakeholders across different functions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity asking questions and continuously looking for better ways to use data to create business value.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH

  • A degree in Analytics Statistics Economics Engineering or another quantitative field.
  • Experience within analytics business intelligence marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI Tableau Looker or similar visualisation tools.
  • Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.

ITS A BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH

  • Marketing and customer data.
  • Google Cloud Platform BigQuery or Databricks.
  • Experience driving automation of analytical processes reporting tools and data models.

Additional Information :

This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm.

As collaboration and teamwork are important to us we expect an in-office presence of four days per week.
