The opportunity

An opportunity tobuild outa team of technicalspecialistin our journey to aleadingDigital AI willdesign recruit andlead a team of technical cybersecurityspecialistto help our Grid Integration scale at speed in a secure role will also serve as a leadership role within the GI Cybersecurity program and have significantinput and oversight in how the program grows andoperateswith maturity. You will support the GI Cybersecurity Leaderin managing multiplefacetsof the programincludingestablishinga service catalog building interfaces into IT and other functions documenting programprocessand developing management isa great opportunityfor anyoneseekingto be a CISO in their career future.

How youll make an impact

• Build andmaintaineffective cybersecurity services to support the business

• Ensure management awareness of key risks and operations performance througheffective reporting

• Support GI Cybersecurity Leaderin leading and advancing the program

• Managing a team ofdiverse technical specialists

Your background

• Experience inbuilding andleading a global teamof SMEs

• StrongProcessDesign and Operations experience

• Sound risk management judgementrelated to cybersecurityin complex environments

• Experiencedirectly supporting leadershipplanning and reporting
