Essential requirements:
Masters degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
4 years of experience in security culture awareness learning or communications in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and human factors.
Experience mentoring others and leading complex initiatives.
Optional certifications
SANS SSAP
Advanced awareness / human risk training
Prosci (applied optional)
Behavioral science short courses
