CRM Specialist
Job Summary
At ARKET we believe that meaningful customer relationships are built through relevance insight and great experiences. We are now looking for a CRM Specialist to help us strengthen customer engagement loyalty and lifetime value across our global markets.
As a CRM Specialist you will play a key role in developing and executing ARKETs customer relationship management strategy. By combining customer insights data and technology you will create personalized customer experiences that drive both business results and long-term customer relationships.
What you will do
- Develop and optimize CRM strategies customer segmentations and lifecycle communications.
- Create implement and improve automated customer journeys across email and other owned channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns including onboarding loyalty re-engagement win-back and seasonal initiatives.
- Monitor customer behaviour analyse performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support and develop CRM communications for ARKETs membership and loyalty initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing E-commerce Customer Experience Tech Data and Creative teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and develop CRM tools and platforms including segmentation and automation capabilities.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with GDPR and internal data privacy standards.

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Experience E-commerce Paid Media Data & Analytics and Technology. As ARKET continues to evolve its customer engagement strategy you will play a central role in connecting business goals with customer needs and insights.

- Solid experience working with CRM customer lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation in an e-commerce or digital business environment.
- Hands-on experience building and optimising customer journeys automated campaigns and audience segmentations.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Emarsys Adobe Campaign CDPs or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer data into commercial actions and recommendations.
- A solid understanding of CRM best practices and confidence using customer insights segmentation and automation tools to drive business results.
- The ability to work strategically while also being comfortable operating within systems and platforms on a day-to-day basis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Södermalm Stockholm
