My name is Patrik Lännerberg and I lead Region East at Telia Cygate with responsibility for our consulting and sales teams in the Greater Stockholm area. We are experiencing strong momentum in our security business and are therefore now looking for a Consulting Manager with a focus on our core area: Cybersecurity.

What youll do:

As a Consultant Manager in Cybersecurity you will be part of the regions leadership team and work closely with the Regional Manager Sales Manager and other Consulting Managers to further develop your business area unlock opportunities and increase the capacity of our regional consulting teams.

As a Consulant Manager you are responsible for market awareness within Cyber Security networking sales and driving our business forward while creating value for your area and your consultants. You support and drive sales dialogues upcoming tenders and business discussions and collaborate both regionally and nationally on various key initiatives.

You will have personnel responsibility for a highly skilled and engaged consulting team. We place great emphasis on personal development and you will work with individual development plans for consultants as well as ensure competence development activities and training.

• Strategic competence supply
• Employee development
• Responsible for forecasting sales and budget for the business area
• Actively drive and support sales in upcoming as well as ongoing business dialogues and procurements
• Responsible for the development of services and solutions regionally in collaboration with sales consultants customers and partners

What will help you thrive in this role:

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with strong people skills and who has experience leading teams in change with a focus on sales coaching training and inspiring activities. As a person you are confident business-oriented and passionate about people and IT the management team you see the bigger picture and are prepared to contribute to our overall development.

Your experience:

• Experience leading and being responsible for areas within Cybersecurity/IT security.
• You are an experienced leader with very strong references.
• You have experience leading teams and services within Cybersecurity/IT security with a focus on coaching training and inspiring activities.
• You are used to working close to the business with service development budgeting and procurements.
• You have the ability to translate strategy into tactical initiatives for your business area.
• Previous experience working with B2B sales in an IT company is considered highly meritorious.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
