Construction and Facility Project Manager

One of Nordic Investins partner companies is looking for a Construction and Facility Project Manager with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You keep safety operations contractors and cost aligned while a physical environment is changing around them.

The partner is delivering a facility upgrade in an active operational setting. You will manage design permits procurement construction and handover while protecting business continuity and ensuring that responsibilities are clear across internal and external parties.

Projects are judged by operational outcomes benefit ownership and the quality of decisions made along the way. Governance should create clarity and momentum while making risk visible early enough for meaningful action.

You will create a practical delivery rhythm across workstreams with different owners and incentives. The partner expects concise preparation explicit dependencies and decisions recorded clearly enough to survive handovers. Escalation should bring options and consequences not only a problem statement.

As a senior colleague you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives.
