My name is Johan Gunnarsonand I leadCommercial ManagementTeamwithin Telia B2B.I am now looking for a Commercial Manager Hardware & Mobile as a Servicewho wants to take end-to-end commercial ownership of this portfolio and play a key role in driving profitable growth clearprioritiesand strong execution acrossprivate and public customers.

This is a senior B2B role for someone who thrives in the intersection of business strategy portfolio managementpricingand sales steering and who wants to make a real visible impact.

Your next challenge

In this role you are accountable for the commercial performance and P&L of the assigned portfolio. You ensure that our offers are competitive clearly positioned and commercially sustainable from strategy to execution.

You will work closely with Product Management Sales Pricing Marketing andFinance and other key stakeholders to translate customer needs and business requirements into clear commercial priorities valuepropositionsand go-to-market decisions.

Your work directlyimpactsrevenue growth margindevelopmentand Telias position as a trusted partner.

In this role you will:

• Be accountable for P&L and commercial performance for assigned services
• Own the commercial responsibility end-to-end includingfinancial result forecastingbusinessneeds portfolioprioritiesand commercial requirements
• Define and steer pricing and discount structuresforecastingand financial follow-up
• Lead sales steering and target setting ensuring focusclarityand strong execution
• Define and develop value propositioncommercialroadmapand business rules
• Decide what to sell when to whom and through which channels
• Align closely with Product Management on offerdevelopmentlifecycleand portfolio evolution
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to secure profitable growth and predictable results

You are the one who creates commercial claritymomentumand results for Telias portfolio.

• Experience from commercial management businessmanagementor similar roles in Telecom or complex B2B environments
• Proven responsibility for P&L pricingforecastingand commercial steering
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions
• Confidence leading through influence rather than hierarchy
• A structuredinclusiveand pragmatic way of working
• An academic degree and fluency in Swedish and English
