Chief Operating Officer

Lövra is a fast-growing Swedish service company building a standardized technology-driven operating model across the outdoor and home services market. We are looking for a sharp structured Chief Operating Officer to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help us scale with this role you become the engine room of the company working directly alongside the founders and gaining full insight into every part of the business. The pace is high and the work is hands-on and the learning curve is steep. You will grow with us as we expand.

• Own and run the companys day-to-day operations
  Manage incoming leads and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Screen candidates and coordinate recruitment as we scale the team
• Build document and continuously improve routines and systems to reduce key-person dependency
• Free up the founders to focus on growth by taking ownership of operational execution
• Coordinate the collaboration between field teams team leaders and the office

• Sharp structured and genuinely hands-on
• Thrives in a high-paced environment and takes ownership without being told
• A natural ability to create order prioritize and get things done
• Reliable with clear and direct communication
• Experience in operations logistics or recruitment is a strong plus
