Business Expert – Maketing Planning

WHAT YOULL DO

Are you a business expert with a passion for marketing planning Do you enjoy building new tech that overcomes organisational challenges and adds customer value Then this could be the role for you!

• Act as the voice of the business in a cross-competence agile team turning planning needs into a new tech tool. 
• Drive stakeholder engagement across a broad landscape from Global Marketing and Commercial teams to Sales Markets in 26 countries. 
• Use your marketing planning expertise to validate ideas and sanity-check what the team is building. 
• Help shape and design a product that our colleagues love to use! 
• Lean into exploring how AI can strengthen planning and decision-making as the product evolves. 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH 

This is a start-up-style project within H&M: small in team size big in ambition. Youll work day-to-day with Product Tech and Business colleagues acting as the business anchor as the team builds and iterates together. 
Youll join the Marketing Insights & Steering area within the Marketing Domain where we enable data-driven decision-making across H&Ms global marketing organisation. Our team plays a central role in understanding the impact of marketing ensuring that investments across channels markets and customer touchpoints are measurable optimised and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with 

• Proven experience as a Business Expert or subject-matter expert in marketing or commercial planning. 
• Comfortable working with complex and ambiguous processes and breaking down solutions into deliverable stages. 
• A track record of aligning stakeholders at both global and local levels. 
• Fashion retail experience is a bonus though not a requirement. 

And people who are 

• Passionate about building technology that solves real business problems. 
• Skilled at communicating complex ideas simply and at influencing without formal authority. 
• Driven by outcomes focused on the impact your work has for colleagues and customers. 
• Collaborative and pragmatic energised by ambiguity rather than daunted by it.
