What Youll Do At Elekta

As an intern at Elekta you will support the Quote to Order (Q2O) transformation. This internship offers hands-on experience of how requirements are defined documented and validated within a global healthcare technology environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders contributing to the clarification and validation of requirements while supporting structured project activities. This role provides exposure to business processes transformation initiatives and project coordination in a global setting.
The internship is planned to take place over a summer or early autumn period (typically JulyAugust or SeptemberOctober).
Responsibilities
  • Review and document user stories related to Elektas Oncology Information Systems (OIS)
  • Support validation activities by verifying that user requirements are accurately reflected in system functionality
  • Assist with project coordination tasks including meeting planning action tracking and stakeholder follow-up
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation to support project progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to support ongoing transformation initiatives

What Youll Bring
  • You are currently studying or have a background in engineering business economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document information clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and structured approach to work
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Interest in business processes and transformation initiatives
