As a Barista you will be the face of our café ensuring every guest starts their day with an exceptional experience. Your daily flow will include:

• Crafting Quality: Prepare and serve exceptional coffee espresso matcha iced teas smoothies and seasonal specialty beverages.

• Guest Connection: Deliver warm genuine service that makes hotel guests and local visitors feel welcome.

• Café Presentation: Keep the café looking clean organized aesthetic and inviting at all times.

• Stock & Standards: Ensure proper handling storage and rotation of café products maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of the team communicating smoothly to maintain a secure and friendly working environment.

• Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a fast-paced high-quality café environment is highly valued.

• Passion: A genuine interest in coffee culture specialty drinks and keeping up to date with new recipes and techniques.

• Attitude: A positive energetic work ethic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Service-Minded: Someone who thrives in a vibrant atmosphere and loves making people smile.
